HOW DOES IT WORK

Shopping online is getting better! At INSPIO, we accompany you throughout the order and inform you of its current status. You always know if your order has already been made and is on its way to you. You can find out at any time on our website – all you need is a link, which you can find in the e-mail right after creating the order.

1. ORDER CONFIRMED

You will receive an order confirmation with all information and a tracking link via e-mail. We also send a confirmation text within 15 seconds after creating the order. If you decided to pay online via card and the payment failed, you will receive a text with a link to repeat the payment in 7 minutes.

2. ORDER IN PRODUCTION

We make the boards and ship them already one day after creating the order. We print stickers one day after creating the order, but the stickers have to stand for a while (more information about stickers). Then we cut and ship the stickers, usually on the third or fourth day.

3. ORDER PACKING

Everything is made and safely packed. You will receive information by e-mail that we have prepared your order for the carrier.

4. ORDER HAS LEFT INSPIO

The carrier has picked up your shipment. We are sending you the package number that will appear in order detail (you can find a link in every e-mail we send you), and you can always track your package in the carrier's system.

5. ORDER WITH LOCAL COURIER

Your package is nearly there! Your order has arrived at the depot of your local carrier and is ready to be delivered to you (usually the next business day).
